Usually a huge fan of Diorshow mascaras. This one, though - it's not scented, which doesn't mean it's unscented. I know there's a move to take scents out of products, but I liked the scent in the mascaras, and this one smells like chemical foot treatment now. So it's a little gloppier than I'm used to, and it is definitely waterproof - it takes three cotton balls of lid and lash wash to remove this stuff. It's like lacquer. I have sensitive eyes and wear contacts, so it doesn't cause issues. But once again, reformulation by the manufacturer makes me want to try another brand instead.
The formula seems to have changed as this used to be my go-to favorite for a waterproof mascara, but the last tube I bought seemed drier and just did not add much to my lashes in terms of length or fullness so very disappointed.
I’ve tried them all and I keep going back to ole reliable Dior waterproof. I’ve got sensitive eyes and wear contacts. I’ve given drug store, dept store and specialty brands a try and this is the best. It lasts a long time and doesn’t dry out, it runs out. I’ll purchase this mascara as long as Dior makes it.
