This mascara gave me ALL of what I needed and expected...almost didn't try it given some of the reviews...so glad I did try it!...for the life of me I cannot comprehend how anyone (per reviews) found this product clumpy, flakey, dry, non-buidable, difficult to remove, and above all not waterproof...I did not experience any of this...I used a high quality (Chanel brand) nourishing lash primer before applying this mascara which I use with regular non-Waterproof versions as I feel it serves as a protectant for lashes which is certainly needed for waterproof formulas...I did not find this Diorshow waterproof mascara to be dried up nor was there a flood of product on the brush...it had a normal to light application of product each time I inserted the brush, which is precisely what allows it to be buidable providing a varied result per individual preference..over an 8 hr period it never felt heavy or dry on my lashes, I had no flaking whatsoever, it MOST DEFINITELY IS WATERPROOF as I used it for a wedding where I cried quite a lot and this mascara did not run or smudge at all and remained fully in place the entire time looking no different that it did from when I first applied it...absolutely no clean up or touch up was needed...as for removal, again I used a high quality oil based remover either Elemis White Flowers or Lancome Bi-Facil...I soaked a cotton ball with remover and held against eyes to allow product to fully saturate lashes followed by swiping more soaked remover on cotton balls around lashes which EASILY fully removed this mascara, and not one eyelash came out...I am happy to have found this product!
I love this mascara, I've been buying it for years. It's the only brand I've found that offers a TRUE brown color. I am blonde and black mascara for my day-to-day just doesn't work. Other brands offer browns that are too dark or black-brown... It's just not it. This one colors my lashes enough to highlight their length and make me feel girly without looking like I'm wearing a bunch of makeup. 10/10 recommend.

Not only does the mascara weigh heavy on the eyes but the brush is so overly large that it’s impossible to make a mess or be forced to wear eyeliner with it since the large brush leaves a mess around the eyes any away. Don’t waste your money
