It add thickness but almost in a clumpy way for me, I don't dislike it but I don't love it either. I do have medium length but thin lashes. It doesn't smear & stays put so that's great & important since I have horrible allergies & watery eyes.

I have a problem with regular mascaras (non-waterproof) transferring from my upper eyelashes to the bottom of my lower lash line. In order to solve the annoying problem, I decided to give the 'Lancome Hypnose Waterproof Mascara' a try. I can truly say that this mascara is amazing! No more transfer and it literally lasts all day. No raccoon eyes whatsoever! It is also really good at separating the lashes and giving it a full volume look. This mascara def lives up to the waterproof label for sure.

I was really looking forward to wearing it, because so many brands tend to smear a little after a few hours. My natural lashes are somewhat long, and the top lashes can smudge around my eyes. I wanted a mascara that I could trust not to smudge around my eyes. I liked how it went on. It didn't go on too heavily at once, and I was able to build up coverage nicely. That part I liked a lot. However, I couldn't wear it. There is something in this product that really bothers my eyes. I tried it for a week to make sure it was the mascara, and it was. My eyes burned a little and the whites of my eyes became reddish. Unfortunately, it has to go in the trash.
