The "bare" color is a perfect match to my skin color with brown hair and brown eyes, matching my make-up base. I use this on my eyelids and find that it is not too dry, not too oily. I also have the color "sand" which is a bit brighter with ever so slight pink tint--nice to interchange between the two colors.
