I tried this for the first time. It goes on creamy and dries fast. Waited a bit and applied my eye makeup. My eyes did appear brighter and I my eye makeup stayed put for a good 10 hours. It is very hot and humid here now I love this stuff!

I applied a small amount and was careful not to get near my eyes. But still made my eyes run for hours
