This is my go to eye primer. I’ve tried different ones that are cheaper but always return back to this one.

The base is very dry & cakey. When applied it does not go on smooth. The texture feels like it is old?? This surprised me b/c I love love her instant eye lift. I will return it for a new one and give it a second chance.
