I was frustrated with slippers that do not wear well. I was reluctant to spend so much on this Ugg slipper but I'm so glad I did. They feel heavenly.

Classic Tall in Chocolate is a fantastic casual wardrobe staple. This purchase was to replace the exact style I've worn for almost 10 years: Although the tips of my toes had poked thru-the ends` the boots wore wonderfully, still held their height and were beautifully broken in, unlike copy-cat brands we see with the heal flattened and the boot shaft slouched. They are so easy to slip on with bare feet to run errands, to the gym, hockey game etc. I live in Canada where extreme temps are expected through the year, our winters are brutally cold; although I'd not consider wearing them for extended outdoor activity they are a great boot for running around. I've never found Uggs to be 'beautiful' boots, but their awkward clunky nature lends to their casual,yet pulled together look! Always size down at least a size as the shearling will pack over time. I'm normally a 9.5 and wear an 8~ I'd initially ordered a 9 to prevent the toe issue but had to return as they allowed my heal to slip! Fantastic quality! I wonder if those Aussie surfers ever imagined their boot would become SO POPULAR?!!
