I bought this moccasins for my daughter who needs to wear closed toed black shoes for her job. She's on her feet and goes to these every time. She loves the look and comfort. Runs big order 1/2 size down.
I had to return this shoe because it was, indeed, a whole size larger than my usual size 7 Minnetonka kiltie. Just as Nordstrom advised me. "But I have ALWAYS worn a 7 in Minnetonka," I thought, and ordered a 7. Meanwhile, I found another Minnetonka style and color that fit. The return was painless, accepted with grace, as Nordstrom always done. 3 stars for the shoe; 10 stars for Nordstrom in-store customer service.
