I own both the Black and Brown previous style from 2 years ago. My brown ones tore, so I needed to replace them. I really loved them, and I wanted to have them repaired, but it cost the same as buying a new pair. I got these and was disappointed when I saw that the thread is much darker than the color of the suede. They also are not as pleasing to the eye. They are longer in the front and the sides and back go up higher than the previous style. I've now decided to pay to have my old ones repaired and keep the new less attractive ones also. But, I will no purchase anymore of them. Please go back to the previous soft comfy attractive looking style! Thanks!
I had a pair of these that I loved loved loved, but I accidentally left them out in the rain and they were ruined. I bought a new pair thinking they'd be exactly the same, but they aren't and I don't like the new design as much.
The old pair had a flatter sole with round "bumps" on it for traction. This one has a little more elevation in the sole, which is tapered toward the heel making it narrower than my foot, which leads to my ankle wanting to roll. So sadly these are going back. I'm going to dig around to see if I can find the old design for sale somewhere, or switch to a new brand. :(
I used to have these moccasins when I was a kid and I am super excited to have them as an adult. They are very cute and comfortable. My only complaint is that they run quite wide. Still, I highly recommend them.
