These soft shoes are very comfortable and easy to slip on. The color (navy) is just as I expected. However, I would not wear them outside. My purpose in selecting these shoes was to keep my feet warm during the winter. A couple negatives: the color rubbed off onto my socks when I first wore them; no arch support; and they are wide for my feet, which are quite narrow so I will wear a heavier sock as I usually do in the winter. And I wish the tie went all around the shoe so I could snug them up a bit. Nordy is my favorite store ever and I loved the Anchorage store; my home for 60 years. I now live in North Dakota and the nearest store is 500 miles away in the Mall of America. Thus, I order online and love talking with your customer service agents. One of your agents sent me flowers after a long conversation; she was so kind and helpful. And helped me coordinate colors for a gift for my hubby. With the enormous lake of petroleum under all of North Dakota, I would suggest a store in Minot, closest to the oil fields than Fargo. Many Canadians shop in North Dakota.
