Prosgentle, exfoliating
I am a returning customer for this product. I love it! It does not feel overwhelming and no strong burning sensation when applied. I immediately see a big difference the next day i.e. my skin feels smoother and softer. I used it 3 days in a row at first then 1-2x/ week since I want it to last me longer. I also suggest using sunscreen daily when using this product . I am in my forties and someone made a comment just the other day that I have, "no wrinkles ." That just made my day!
With super sensitive skin, I tend to be leery of anything "acid". When the cosmetic specialist suggested these pads and assured me they would not burn my skin, I took the plunge. LOVE these! Got an immediate glow, pores unclogged and my skin feels super smooth.
The only negative is the 2nd step pad. That DOES redden my skin. I switched to plain water neutralizing and now have no problem. Although I wish I could still get the benefit of the other goodies in step 2' it is a great product.
I had the benefit of your department head knowledge who was not a single line girl, so also left with Kiehls products too. Pleased as punch!
I work with dermatologists so for me to opt for purchasing skin care from a store says a lot!

I have sensitive skin that is prone to breakouts and I needed an anti aging product that wouldn't irritate or cause breakouts. And of course I wanted something that works. I have been using this product for about a year now and I have noticed a real difference in my skin. This product has not caused breakouts or redness and no peeling due to over drying. My skin tone looks great and my skin looks clear and smooth. A Nordstrom skin care expert recommmended this product and this line to me and I have been really happy with it overall (with the exception of the BB cream). This product in conjunction with the vitamin D serum has made a huge difference in my skin I highly recommend the peel followed by the vitamin D serum before bed.
