Fits very well and does not flatten places that shouldn't be flat. Looks and feels smooth and seamless under my dress.

Prosgreat purchase
This is the most comfortable control bodysuit I've ever tried - did not cause indentations anywhere - created a smooth line under my dress. I'm giving it a 4 star because I didn't find that the tummy control portion really made much of a difference. Not enough control to really provide a smaller silhouette in this area
I am 5'2" petite, small frame (110lbs) but have just a little bit of a 'mommy-tummy'. I have searched for a long time for a product like this. It is truly well made, nothing even compares to it. I have other Spanx products but they are not nearly as good as the "slim Cognito" product line. The Slim Cognito is much superior. I've had this product for over 4 years now and wear it a lot. Even under skinny jeans. It helps to slim the thigh area and the 'mommy-tummy'. Great under clingy dresses, skirts, jean, pants, everything. I do wish however, that they offered an XS or Petite version, I could use a smaller size. I never use the bra-straps as I cannot get them on. But even if the top band slides down a bit, it still does the job of controlling the tummy and thighs. So I don't really mind.

Great Invention

I purchased this item to wear under a body hugging silk wedding dress. I love two things about this garment that I have not been able to find in similar shapewear items. (1) the bands that connect to the bra help ensure the garment stays in place and does nor roll and (2) the opening at the crotch allows me not to have to completly undress when I need to visit the ladies room.
