My product of Alien was broken and the perfume does not spray. I have tried to call but been on hold forever. I will try again. I have purchased Mugler so many times and I have been a good customer. I want a refund please.

I agree, the old formula used to be so amazing, now it’s just blah, selling it to Lorel ruined the brand and perfume. It was so sexy and dirty, now it’s just NOT, bring back the old formula!!! please!!!
