I bought this in the color Captivating Blue (254) and I love it! It’s a beautiful shade of blue. Just what I was looking for. Goes on easily. It is absolutely waterproof. Does not come off until you take it off! Highly recommend! I plan on buying the black shade because this is a superior eyeliner!!
I needed a dark brown pencil that easily goes on for a tight line and also for a broad cat eye. This fit that bill, but by God does this smear. O only apply it to my top lid and by the end of the day I look like a raccoon (not that I don't like those little buddies, I just don't want to look like one). I gave it a couple of tries and tried it with and without eye cream (which I always wear). Same result, which is sad. I may have to go back to the Smashmouth liner that sharpens itself when you turn the lid to open it. Where's Tom Ford when you need him?
