I am a Clarins fan and purchased this product based on the rave reviews but I was disappointed. The remover strength didn't impress. I had to use multiple cycles to even get close to removing my makeup (and I wear minimal makeup).
Clarins One-Step Cleanser is a miracle worker!! Cleans without stripping leaving no weird film on your face—and the scent is incredible—highly recommend and will definitely purchase again!!
I LOVE this cleanser!!!I have a combination of normal and oily skin. I also have sensitive skin and haven't had a problem with this product and anything from this brand. My chin especially gets oily and in the morning and at night I put some of the cleaner on a cotton ball and go over my skin before I put my makeup on in the morning and after I take it off at night. When I am done using the cleanser, I can see some of the dirt and some excess makeup that I missed. Love the mint fragrance too! It does leave your skin feeling dry after using so I just put on moisturizer on after and my skin feels amazing! Also the ladies at the Clarins counter were so helpful when I went in. They were very informative about their products and knew what would work for my skin and what wouldn't.
I love Clarins. I especially love the smell of all of their products, including the green colored range for oily skin. This one-step cleanser is pure water with essential extracts that help my face stay calm and relaxed. I use it when I need a quick pick me up in between washings, or if I'm out and about with no access to face wash. I love to take this product to outdoor concerts, trips abroad, and charity work - all places I can't guarantee cleanliness or water access. I can always depend on the quality of the Water Purify one-step cleanser.
