I ordered these pumps over the internet because they aren't carried in my loca store and I needed a navy blue pump for my iniform requirements. This shoe is very comfortable as I have to stand on my feet for long periods of time. It runs small, so I had to return it for a half size smaller, but the replacement only took 5 working days to get here. I am very pleased with it and recommend you consider buying a half size smaller than normal.
I purchased these for my mother to replace a pair she has had for several years. The old pair was a "W" wide width, due to having surgery on her feet. When I purchased the new pair, I ordered her normal width size of "B" medium. But the shoe ran narrow, so my mother will have to exchange for a wider width. The length of the shoe fits fine. My mother loves these shoes. They are comfortable, practical, and last long.
