For a basic, all purpose "go-to" lip product, I always use the Butter Shine Delovely color from Clinique. It's not waxy or too bold; it goes great with all color combinations and works for day or night wear. My favorite lipstick when I need something fast.
I'm loving Clinique's Butter Shine lipstick in Apple Brandy. The color is gorgeous and stays on well! It's a little sticky, but I prefer that to the matte, long-lasting type of lipsticks, which tend to look dry. I've been wearing this lipstick daily since I bought it, and am enjoying it very much. I don't typically wear lipstick, so people have really taken notice & complimented me. Woo!
Love the formula of these. They feel great on the lips and impart a lovely shine. The only issue I have had is in picking out colors that look good on me. I am very fair, and have cool undertones. It seems many of the lighter colors (which I prefer) are geared more to the warmer tones.
