I bought this brush to replace one that came with a Smashbox set and got lost somehow. This is the best liner brush ever IMHO. Light touch, allows you to get right at the lash line and make a nice straight line. You can use it for a more smudged look, too, if that is your preference. I recommend buying the Smashbox brush cleaner in the small spray bottle and using it on your brushes. They will last longer and you won't be transferring colors when you change to a new liner color.
I have problems using my hands & usually make a mess of eyeliner. This angled brush makes it much easier to apply.

I use this with Smashbox cream eyeliner and it really makes it easy to apply. I think it's the arced shape, but it makes it easy to make a straight, skinny line
