I ordered this during the anniversary sale in July. I live in Arizona and the candle was delivered at about 6 pm so it was on the ups truck all day in the over 100+ degree heat. Imagination my surprise when I opened it and it was melted, hot liquid! The other candle from a different brand was not affected. I called Nordstrom and they sent out a replacement in a better wrapped package and delivered earlier in the day but it did take a few weeks to get it. No problem with the replacement candle so perhaps the first one was a fluke. I like the gardenia scent but love Nordstrom's customer service.
