I am writing this review despite having to return my pair, as it it like the seventh pair I have owned, so I feel qualified. My pair went back as it is too large in the wide size, no problems with the actual shoe. This particular Keds sneaker has arch support, which I need. I used to wear champions. It's classic, clean, and has no stitching, or impediments to the plain white look. I have take the last pair with me to the Caribbean on a cruise to six islands, and to Cuba twice in the past three years. They're still going, but I ordered a new pair because walking in the waterfalls the muddy soil in Cuba seemed to have finally darkened some of the shoe sole. They were just a tad darkened, but when I couldn't make them perfect, I decided to get another pair ready. After three years of constant wearing, wash after wash, wear after more and more abusive wear, they always came out - quite frankly - I am impressed. They look great with casual dresses, and they are perfect for vacations. These are the kids models, but I'm a women's 8. The 5.5 is the next try, and if they're still too big, I'll move to the big kids' 5. They are much cheaper this way - plus - the ever wonderful arch support. If you're hiking in the rainforests for miles, you want that! I'm pretty sure the big kids' 6W is a 9 women's, wide or not. Either way, you can never go wrong with Keds.

My daughters new school shoes

My daughter loves her new shoes. They are comfortable and true to size. I love that they are leather. They were a great value. I am purchasing another pair for her to have for the 2nd semester of school. I bought her more than one pair of shoes for school but she chooses to wear these everyday, which warms my heart seeing that I used to wear these same shoes to school when I was a little girl.

This is the best option for a Saddle Shoe. This is the second pair I buy for my daughter. They are very comfortable and last a long time. I bought her new ones because her feet grew but she could've used the first ones several more months.

Proscute and comfy
Both of my daughters are in Private School and they sell these shoes at the uniform store for a higher price than I bought them here. These shoes are adorable and super comfy at the same time. Who would think you could get away wearing Keds in a Private School!
