I have been using this for about a week now. I bought it to put on the "turkey fat" on the back of my arms. I have to say, at this point I notice absolutely no difference. I adore a lot of other Bliss products (Thinny Thin Chin is excellent), but I don't think I will be buying this one again.

Proseffective
I really love the way this product feels when you put it on. It is so cooling and makes your skin feel good. It definitely tightens up your skin and makes your areas like your legs and upper arms look firmer.
