I really like the fragrance of this soap, and the packaging, nice for gift giving. I've used 3 bars of this soap and I wanted to love it but it just left my skin dry. I have sensitive skin, so that might be why. It's nice for a hand soap in the bathroom if you use a moisturizer after. I've tried this in the shower and my skin feels way too dry after the shower.

I first purchased this product while visiting France in 2013, and was instantly impressed. It has a wonderful lemony fragrance, and lathers smoothly and quickly, even in hard water. It rinses cleanly, leaving my skin clean, refreshed and moisturized. In my opinion this is the best bath soap in the world. The large bars are hard to handle in the shower, however, so I cut them in half, using one half at a time. A half-bar lasts two of us over a month, showering daily. It's a great product, and all natural.

Prosgentle, foamy, exfoliating
I've been using l'occitane soap for at least 8 years. the verbena smell is perfect for summer, keep you clean and fresh. my husband and I like it very much.
I decided to try L'Occitane soap based on the reviews and was happy to find it is a great option to Kiehls. The scent is a very clean lemony smell and not perfumy at all. L'Occitane keeps my skin moist and has a great lather. One of two soaps that I use regularly.
