I'm disappointed that the soles separated, AND the heel fell off. What the heck? I didn't even wear them for too long, maybe a few days tops. This is ridiculous.
these shoes are of course super cute, however, i had to return them 3 times due to the sole separating after a month, and the leather being warped. i don’t think it was with the hassle
I wore these for one day and the sole came unglued. There were still wearable, but they looked silly and I was nervous the damage would get worse. I contacted customer support and they were very helpful and sent me a replacement pair and so far so good! I think my first pair was somehow defective, but the quality of my replacement pair seems much better. I wear them daily, they are soooo comfortable (after they’ve been broken in)! These sandals go with everything, they can be casual or dressy. Perfect summer staple.
