I have only used these a few times, but they are pretty good at staying in place and give you a natural looking lift. I would not use them with a dainty bra as I suspect they might not stay in place as well.
I got them because I had hoped to use them with bathing suits, but if the suit is not underwire they will not stay in place (like the bikini I wanted to use them in!)
I think if you are a small busted woman and/or a little older like me (in my 40's and have nursed several children) you would be pleased. If you have a medium to large breasts I am not sure if you would notice much difference.

I've been struggling with these pads; just can't find the way to wear them right as I feel that they look somewhat chunky/unnatural under my garments. Will give it another try and if can't achieve a desired look, will have to take them back.

These were pretty cool, I got them for my daughter; however, she has sensitive skin and they did start making her itch within the hour so we will have to return them. They are very high quality though.
