I was really hopeful that this item would eliminate the issue of my bra digging into my shoulder. It does reduce it, but it doesn't eliminate it and it can be a bit difficult to put into place. It is a milky-clear color so it is not noticeable under clothes, but could poke out of shirts like tank tops.
They work! I have a small frame and was always pulling my bra straps up. Now I don't even have to think about them. I ordered a second pair for travel.
