I've recently switched over to Chanel skincare products (I've been a Chanel makeup user for years). The beads in this exfoliating gel are not harsh and will not scratch your skin, unlike many other products.
One star off because the product is perfumed and might not be appropriate for those who are sensitive to perfumes. I have quite sensitive skin, though, and haven't had any issues with any of Chanel's scented skincare products (not all are scented).
I️ am so very surprised at all the great reviews. I️ bought this on a whim, to try something other than Bobbi Brown’s buffing grains and Kate Somerville’s exfolikate, 2 products that I️ alternate and love. This does nothing, it doesn’t feel exfoliating, my skin texture is exactly the same after. However, I️ discovered Lancer’s The Method scrub and that is by far the best exfoliator I️ have ever tried. I️ve been using it for months now. I️ will not repurchase this Chanel product, there are so many superior products out there- I️ just mentioned 3!
