Prosexfoliating
I have used 'buffing' products in the past with mixed results. The Bobbi Brown product is so much better than anything I have tried. I like that I can mix my own proportions. I use a VERY small amount (probably 1/8 teaspoon) and mix with BB face cleanser - my face feels great when I wash it off. I have not noticed any drying effect so for now, I am a fan.

Prosgentle, exfoliating
The "Buffing Grains for Face" is a good product. It seems to work similarly to another product, except in this case the packaging is far more convenient. There is a little hole in the top of the jar that allows you to just pour the desired quantity into your hand. I have used it with water, by putting a bit of water in my cupped palm, and adding a small amount of the grains. I've also used it with my facial scrub. It gives wonderful results, leaving smooth soft skin. I, definitely, recommend it.
I have combination skin that is prone to breakouts, especially from face scrubs. I also tend to have dull skin. With that being said, I have been on the look out for the perfect face scrub for years, and I have come close a time or two. Many times the particles in the scrub are good, but the actual cream that they come in is not. The buffing grains are the perfect answer. I use them with my favorite cleanser (MAC green gel) and I could not be happier. I wish I had known about this product a long time ago. I will absolutely purchase this product again and will be giving it as gifts to my friends.
I have been using this twice a week with my cleanser. I was concerned I would have breakouts with over exfoliating and so far, no issues. Leaves face smooth, soft, and silky. Product goes a long way and only need a tiny bit like 1/8-1/4 tsp. The dispenser is nice, especially if using in the shower. Product does not get wet and clumpy. I have definitely noticed an improvement in my skin. I love my facials, however can get pricey so this is a great option in place of, or in between facials.
