Prosgentle, exfoliating
Interesting product. I've been looking for a face scrub that does not dry your skin, so this one is perfect since it can mixed with my own creamy cleanser. Incredibly soft skin after using. It does have a bit of an acrid scent, but I guess it's due to the minerals.

5 stars!

Prosgentle, exfoliating, intensive, invigorating, renews skin
I rarely give five starts to a product but this one is just wonderful and deserves it. It is a good sized jar for using about 1 1/4 teaspoon of the product when you use it with a cleanser. I have sensitive skin and anything abrasive makes my face and neck area red and irritated - the buffing grains were effective and gentle enough that my face was smooth, all the dead skin removed and no redness or irritation! I highly recommend this product. If you are wondering about the price - it will last a year or longer and never goes bad. WELL WORTH the cost!! Less than $2 a month for daily renewed and baby soft glowing skin! HIGHLY recommend.

Versatile product, may be too harsh for some

Prosexfoliating, can be harsh, a bit pricey
This is a great idea. You can add this to virtually any product or use it alone. I've tried it mixed with my regular face wash and added to moisturizer and a masque.
It definitely does exfoliate well and works well on dry, flakey patches of skin that come with winter.
The only reasons it doesn't get five stars from me is 1) the price (a bit pricey for buffing grains) and 2) the grains themselves are hard enough to be harsh for sensitive or thin skin types. I find that if I'm not careful around my cheeks, I have very reddened skin for hours afterwards. I have not had that experience with any other manual, grain type exfoliator.
Otherwise, it's a great product and worth trying.
