I bought the extra mild version of this soap, and it is more like lotion than soap. Doesn’t cleanse very well. I will be going back to the mild version.

I’ve been using this face wash for years and never leaves me dry. The end design is much better for the bottle and to make sure to use it all.
Three stars b/c the new packaging is cumbersome and inconvenient. The previous pump bottle was superior. Not only does the new design take more time and is awkward, it delivers more product than you want or need to cleanse your face. It was easier to titrate amount with the pump version. But, I removed the cap from the new container and transferred the contents to my old pump bottle. Very quick and problem solved. Will do this until they bring back the old pump design. If they don't bring back pump may consider finding a new product. The pump is a necessity!
