Quality is good but I gave this 3 stars because the color was not what I expected... disappointed and now sits in the drawer of disappointment... will never buy lip color that I am not familiar with online EVER!!!
I ordered a bunch of the pencils and I am obsessed with the colors. There are so many options they just make the outfits pop. It is definitely is a dry matte which took some getting used to. At times I do add a clear gloss over it
