I think it's okay. Not really special for me. I will say that it doesn't irritate my sensitive eyes but there are drugstore versions that are similar and much less spendy. I love Bobbi but was a little disappointed in this.
I received a sample of this and decided to give it a try when out of my two usual removers I purchase at Target. Now that I have tried it I can’t believe I ever used another remover. Despite the hefty price tag, this truly lives up to its name as “instant” and really does completely remove any waterproof mascara or eye makeup. I don’t have to use a lot but it is far more powerful and binding in removal than anything I have tried. It is not terribly oily or greasy and it really works off any trace and leaves my lashes soft and clean. After my sample ran out I went back to the competing brand and noticed it really did not remove what I thought it was taking off! I then purchased the full size bottle and am totally converted now.
