Prosexceptional, quality, classic, style
I bought these shorts for my husband well over 5 yrs ago......probably closer to 7-8 yrs ago?? Needless to say, he loved them and wore them until they were threadbare, literally had tears on both legs, near the hem......HE STILL WORE THEM ! I mistakenly bought him another "lesser" brand at another store, but he didn't like them. He NEVER asks for clothes, he always wears whatever i buy him. Well, this time, HE ASKED for these particularTommy Bahama shorts! He had kept the old pair, he still wore them at home sometimes. I quickly went to Nordstrom site & found the same shorts !! Phew! was so happy to find them for him. I got him 2 pairs, he loves the green, I'll get him other colors as they become available. BEST SHORTS EVER!

Prosgreat waistband
My wife bought me a pair of these several years ago and they have been my favorite shorts, until the zipper broke.
The elastic waistband and drawstring combination makes them really comfortable for middle aged guys like me who don't want to wear shorts half way down our b***s, like the young hipsters.
For Cargo shorts, they are reasonably dressy and the pockets can carry a lot of things comfortable for a short hike

These are by far the nicest cargo shorts I have ever had. The elastic band keeps them gently against you and you can tighten the pull string for the perfect fit.
The cut is outstanding, the pockets are just right and the length is perfect. I especially like the feel of the material, which has a durable quality to it, yet is fashionably light in weight. They are very comfortable with a tailored look that is very relaxed fitting.
I would highly highly recommend them for someone who wants to feel classy in a casual setting. The colors are great although I didn't get the moss, I bought all the others.
These are the best fitting shorts TB has come up with in a long time. They fit in the waist with the little bit of stretch and your shirts stay tucked in. I would highly recommend them. I went back after the first pair and bought two more colors while they were still on sale. You can size down due to the waist band.
