I take a size 11, but the reviews said to go a size up, so I did, also they said to go up in a width, and I did but they still ran very small and to narrow, due to the instep is to high, I was very disappointed and had to send them back, I'm just waiting for my account to be credited. I wish they would have fitted, due to they were very soft. sorry :)

I have several different styles of Softwalk shoes as I haven't found anything else to be more comfortable. Even though I ordered my normal size, I could barely get my foot into it. I am going to order the next 1/2 size up.
The shoe feels just like it looks....comfortable. The cushion in-sole makes you feel like you are walking on pillows. After 2 days I ordered the same pair in another color.

I purchased these shoes as an investment in comfortable, durable work shoes. I'm happy so far, still breaking them in, but they are very comfortable. True to size, and I needed a wide size.
