I don't wear makeups, but this City Block and the eyebrow pen is a must for me every day. It is easy to apply, even my skin color, also it is 40 SPF. It is perfect for lazy me. LOL
Took off a star because it makes me look yellow/muddy. It's a great formula very gentle doesn't break me out. But I can only wear it alone. I've tried a few foundations, cream and liquid, they just look chalky on top of this. I feel like it absorbs any foundation and turns my face to its own muddy color. Lol I'm not even the lightest skinned person I'm a MAC NC 15 Chanel rose beige 22 COVER FX N25. So it might be a perfect tinted moisturizer for someone with a warmer skin tone. I'm still gonna use it just on my make up free days.
