Good cleaner , follow the directions exactly and use very dime size about to soap. Dont scrub gently pat clean, I think i scrub a little too hard, but i didnt hurt them bad. This soap really cleaned my dirty snowy winter uggs very well.

I walked through an oily puddle in the dark in my chestnut classic shorts and when I got a look at them in the daylight the next day, I was shocked to see the aftermath. I had big greasy blotches and lines all over both boots.
I immediately ordered this product but was skeptical, especially when I saw that you're supposed to submerse your boots in water to use it! No worries, this stuff lifted all that oil right off my boots that I thought were going to be ruined.
Yes, washing them did change the texture of the suede a little bit, but considering that the alternative was leaving them oil stained and ruined, who cares? A couple of months after I cleaned them, the texture had returned to normal through wear. I did not experience any of the fading that others have complained of.
I have to wonder if others are similarly freaked out by submersing their Uggs in water and are therefore not following the directions and that's what's causing some of the damage stories in these reviews? Don't know for sure, but I'm just saying...
If you follow the directions, especially if your Uggs are in a bad way, what do you have to lose? It worked out great for me.

Prosterrible, not helpful, don't buy
When my daughter slipped in the mud, I bought this and decided to use it to try and remove the huge stains. Thinking that it would work, I also took this as a time to clean the little stains on the other boot.
Well, now i have two completely destroyed boots, and not only do I want my money back on this product, but i want new stain-free boots!
