I used the cleaner to remove a small stain. The cleaner ended up staining BOTH boots with terrible water stains. It looks like they are permanently soaked with water! My poor Uggs are ruined now.

When I bought my first pair of UGG boots, I thought: Why not buy the cleaning kit? It would do me some good to buy something that would help me take better care of my boots. So I bought it. When the time came to use it, I was very disappointed. I wanted to remove a minor stain on my boots so I used the conditioner & surprise, surprise! It removed the stain, alright, but it also faded the color of the boot. & it also made the area a little rougher. Oh well. Luckily, the fading wasn't as bad so as to make me buy a new pair of boots.

i just bought my second pair of uggs; bailey button (short) sand uggs. i wanted to make sure they wont get dirty so i sprayed them with the waterproof spray-let them dry for 24 hours. two weeks later (from wearing them) i had a little stain on the top. i read all of the reviews on the cleaner and conditioner bottle. but i noticed that most of them didnt mix the cleaner with water. watch the video for using the cleaner or look on the back of the bottle for directions. the stains should be removed.
