I followed the instructions to use it but my shoes became even more dirty. I am not clear why. I was disappointed.

Prosnecessity for, ugg owners
I bought this to use on my daughter's purple Bailey uggs. She wore them to preschool and dragged her toes through mud. I was hesitant to purchase but am so glad we did because it worked wonders and they are back to looking new again! Easy to apply - just be gentle especially if applying on the dyed boots.

Prosa gift from ugg, is always, included
Uggs' proprietary products for sealing and cleaning its products works well so far. There seems to be some dispute about whether or not these products such as the 7 pair of boots I bought this holiday season are waterproof.
