I normally wear a 9. When I put on the 9 my foot was at the edge of the footbed. I exchanged for the 10 and the length was not much bigger. My foot slides around despite changing the buckles to the smallest size. I spent way tooo much time thinking about it these shows fit me properly. Not worth the price and the poor fit.
I adore these sandals so much. They’re my first pair of Birkenstocks and undoubtedly won’t be my last. I needed a comfortable pair of sandals and these are literally the most comfortable sandals I’ve ever owned. The way the footbed is constructed, my entire foot feels like it’s being cradled and supported. I can stand longer and walk without the foot and leg fatigue I’d been developing with age. They are very attractive- gorgeous leather with beautiful buckles seem to coordinate so well and look very high quality. Any reservations I had about the brand being too “hippie” (for lack of a better word) are out the window. I’m going to wear these into the ground!
