I loved everything about this boot, however the picture online did not show that the sole of the boot was so thick and clunky. The boot did not fit into my wardrobe so I returned it for another waterproof Ugg boot.
Love these boots! They are my go to boots when I need to be warm. They are comfortable too. I am able to wear pants tucked in or out of them, while still looking fashionable. The upper can be rolled down to make a trendy cuff. I have worn them through a major rain storm while walking around Whistler Village, BC and my feet stayed totally warm and dry, while also wearing them in the Tahoe snow where my feet also stayed warm and dry. Even wearing them through these kind of elements, they still look great! Great investment!
I was disappointed with the quality of this boot overall (as with most UGG boots). The exterior leather is fine, looks like it will hold up well, but the whole point of the boot is the shearling and in this boot it is sheared so short that it is almost pointless. In some areas the shearling is almost at the leather and so the seams are rubbing against different parts of my foot/ankle. The black was all one color, but the brown ones are more black on top (the shaft), and brown around foot area. I am not crazy about these two tone trends, will be dated soon. The size 6 was a little short, and much too narrow, and with the fur sheared so short my foot was touching the leather within an hour of wearing the boots. Ridiculous that there are no half sizes because the next size up is much larger. This is a pull on boot, no zipper. The look is rather clunky, the soles are slightly wider than the shoe itself so it appears clunkier than it is actually feels. The extra wide soles will probably be great for traction, but I haven't worn them in snow yet. But they make your feet look huge. I think I am going to return them because the shearling is just too short, I want warm, thick shearling boots.
