Ordered these boots ? Have at least 10 pairs of uggs , but they are like two different boots ? One shiny and soft and the other stiff and not shiny ! So disappointed , expressed ordered them for a tripe , don't now how they passed inspection , very unhappy .

Proswarm, comfortable, durable

Love, Love, Love!! These boots are my go to for winter. Recently wore them in NYC and my feet were toasty all day. Love the traction too. Very comfortable and highly recommend these boots. Run true to size. If you wear a 1/2 size order up. I wear a 7 1/2 and ordered an 8. Perfect!!
