Truly the BEST EVER! I prefer these to any Sorel winter boots because they are less clunky. It does take longer to lace but I will happily spend the extra 30 seconds lacing these up to not feel like I am big foot! My feet are warm and toasty! I own several pairs of the short ones and finally caved for the tall and am SO happy I did! Side note - I went up a full size and it’s worth it.
Amazing!! I am a student in Pittsburgh and dread facing the winter. I got these boots for cold days with heavy snow or slick ice. They are fantastic. The dreads keep me from slipping and the height is perfect for heavy snow. They come right up to where my parka ends so it provides ultimate warmth. The fur goes all the way through the boot which is awesome and super warm. I wore these to walk to class through a -12 degree wind chill and my feet didn't get cold at all. I've never had boots so warm. The suede-like material on the upper calf does get dark when wet, but they've dried fine every time. I plan on treating that fabric every month to keep it looking nice and staying waterproof. I always get asked where I got these boots when I wear them because they're so cute! If you're usually a half-size I recommend sizing up.
