i have these in 3 colors. They last, are comfy and good fall-spring (at least in Oregon). They are non slip and my go to shoe almost all the time! I always buy through Nordstrom and am always impressed with their impeccable customer service!
However I wear a size 8 in running shoes I am a 10.5 and heals anywhere from a 9-10.5. They stretch a little. So I've found the 9s are clunky and 8s are PERFECT!

so cute can wear with skirt or pants true to size a bit hard to get into but once it stretches easy
I purchased these for my niece. While I agree that they are difficult to get on the first time, once on they are large. They didn't even come close to fitting her. Had to return and give her the money to purchase else where. She liked my mini uggs and wanted a pair for her bday.
