The boots are great but seeing as though I ordered them they where supposed to come on the 2nd then they said it was a delay due to weather however there was no bad weather in are area and the ups facility is 15 minutes away I had to track my package down and pick them up myself when I paid for shipping had I not went and picked them up I wouldn't have gotten them til January 4 I'm so disappointed in Nordstroms and delivery
Bought these winter waterproof uggs for my husband who thought only women wear them and did he get a wonderful surprise . He absolutely loves how warm and comfortable they make his feet feel .He is very happy these boots are a big hit thank you
