I got them for work, because I do have to work in any environment there is, I hope their water and snow resistant!!!!! Their very popular and we haven't even had weather to test them out in, but I will sure put them to the test, trust me..The rubber part so far does rest on the bridge of your foot, but not enuff to make me return them....

I would size down if your a half size. As I normally wear a 7.5, I purchased a 7 and still had a "tad bit" of wiggle room WITH SOCKS ON. I know that UGG boots are said to be designed to wear no socks. However this is just to give you an idea of fit. They are still snug on my feet though and feel comfortable. Cant wait to test these out when it gets freezing cold outside!
