Love these shoes

This is my third pair of these shoes. I just love them. They are the most comfortable sandal around. They have superior arch support and the bed of the sandal is wonderful. I will keep buying this sandal as long as Mephisto makes it. Try them, you will see what I mean.
I wore these sandals for less than two minutes & took them off to adjust the buckle. There was already a red indentation across my ‘index toe.’ My skin is admittedly tender, but two minutes?! Clearly, I’m not a toe loop candidate. While returning the shoes to the box, I realized there were faint toe prints—very different from my own—on the footbed. Going back.
This is the most comfortable shoe I own, hands down. I have 5 colors at this point and am awaiting the arrival of a sixth pair. They last for years so are a good investment. Took 1 day to break them in then they are good for all day wear. Great for travel too.

Extremely comfortable footbed. I've gone through at least 30 pairs of sandals to find that. Unfortunately, the upper leather is so stiff I could not walk across the room without developing blisters. Will try a similar style made of nubuck.
