These shoes are beautiful and are just what I wanted for work. I ordered my regular size as I have worn Munro before, but these particular shoes run a bit narrow. I am keeping them as I think they may stretch as I wear them.
Once one figures out the sizing, it is a divine, rich navy, shoe. I typically wear a B width in either a 9 or 9.5 I read the reviews about how narrow this shoe is and have experienced that as well with other Munro styles. So, I ordered a 9.5 W, the first time ever in my life I've ordered a W since my foot, particularly my heels, tend to be narrow. My feet swam in the 9.5 so I ordered the 9 W. It fits very well and I love them though I've had to get over the psychological trauma of ordering a W. If you can suck it up and send for the W, you will be richly rewarded by this shoe. It's great for work and every day.

The shoe runs narrow as others had said. I wear a narrow but ordered M to be safe. The shoe fits beautifully and looks great with pants or skirts.
In the past I have purchased Munro Shoes. I bought some sandals this summer. I went to try them at Nordstrom, they didn't have my size, still order them through them. Sandals are super comfortable I wore them everywhere this summer. So I decided to buy the Cindi pump. Shoes are not at all comfortable. I have bunions, those shoes need to be comfortable for me to wear them. I had to return these shoes to Nordstrom. I will no longer order shoes online. Unless I try them at the store I will not buy them.
