The service provided by Terrance at the MacArthur Mall Nordstrom store was outstanding. I knew that I wanted this particular shoe before I walked in the door, and Terrance assisted me with fitting and ordering because they did not have the exact size in the store. When the shoe arrived at my door, there was a blemish in the leather. I took the shoes into the store and was assisted in ordering another pair; keeping the sale price that had previously expired. The next pair came and there was another blemish. I was about to give up on the shoes, but Terrance again assured me that this was uncommon for the brand and that Nordstrom had my back through the situation. The third time was the charm. The shoes arrived ahead of schedule and are perfect! Due to the meticulous fitting in the store, the shoes are extremely comfortable even on the first wear!

Nice shoes but....

Prosluxury, quality, cheap shoe laces
AE always have great shoes. This time was no exception. The first pair ran ab out a half size too big so I returned them for an 11. There seems to be some scuff marks on the of the shoe so I may have ot return again. But one thing that is a bit disappointing is the shoe laces. You would think that a $300+ shoe would have nice shoe laces. These do not. Very plastic and thin and will probably break very soon. Wonder why they do that.

Ordered one size too narrow (AE chart was accurate!), exchanged for correct size at no cost, no hassle, great communication!
