Very disappointed, the toe cap ripped on the 4th wear

Comfortable shoe, but very disappointed in the quality of the leather. The toe cap ripped on the 4th day. These are brand new shoes and looking at the damage to the toe cap, the rip in the leather is highly unusual. Leather never rips like this, which means the toe cap is not real leather. When leather gets scuffed, it should never tear open like this.

Really nice shoes

Picked up these shoes for some professional functions and could not be happier. I did order one bump larger and one bump wider per others’ advice and as a result they fit perfectly. I feel good in them and have received several compliments.
