I bought these for my husband during the anniversary sale. He does a lot of walking during his work day and he says these are great. They were easy to break-in, and comfortable from the start. He has even had compliments on how great they look! Definitely will be purchasing more in the future. Great quality shoe.
Allen Edmonds is reliable for making quality shoes that will last Through many years of daily wear if properly cared for. Their sizes tend to run a bit large, so I typically get a size or two smaller than I normally would with most other brands. They make excellent soles and heels, but I recommend having the soles coated/lined with a more durable protector if you don’t want to have to replace them as often. This particular shoe is an excellent all-around daily choice if you are looking for something sophisticated and more on the traditional or conservative side. They are very well made and sturdy, and will retain their stiffness for years if you treat them well. The materials are all of great quality and are extremely durable. You can’t go wrong with this timeless classic! They are worth the investment, as they will outlast cheaper competitors by many years and will stay looking brand new with minimal maintenance.
It took over a week to arrive and when it finally did, I was extremely disappointed as the shoe didn’t have any inserts. The inside of the shoe felt super hard like concrete! One would have thought that with that price, it will have inserts/ insoles. Worst shoe purchase ever!
