Deflated toe cap!

I purchased these a little over 3 weeks ago and was incredibly excited to own two more pairs of AES. Wore these once for about an hour, and I kneeled down to pick something up. When I get up a part of the toe cap deflated and is now soft and cracked! I really hope I can get some help from AE on these because I am really disappointed and not one of my shoes has ever done that.
